The name-list of the Nepalese people involved with the off shore account of  The Panama Leaks or Panama papers which includes disclosure of 11.5m files from the database of the world’s fourth biggest offshore law firm, Mossack Fonseca is out.

The current database of ICIJ clearly states, “There are legitimate uses for offshore companies and trusts. We do not intend to suggest or imply that any persons, companies or other entities included in the ICIJ Offshore Leaks Database have broken the law or otherwise acted improperly.

Mossack Fonseca, the Panamanian law firm has been estimated to set up more than 240,000 offshore companies for clients around the globe and denies any wrongdoing. It calls itself the victim of a campaign against privacy and claims media reports misrepresent the nature of its business.
