Mira Rai Won the international ultra-marathon of 80 KM held in France beating Anna Comet from Spain and Hilary Alin from the US to second and third position respectively. The 12 and half hours marathon was organized in Chamonix of France. Earlier, she had also won in the 50-km Skyrunning Asian Championship in Hong Kong last year. Mira is a former combatant of the UCPN (Maoist) from Bhojpur who was disqualified during the army integration after the establishment of federal republic in the Nepal.
